Hello SJB Families:

Picture Day is Saturday, May 6th.

It’s been a rough week with all of the rain. We were able to get a few games in on Wednesday but the rest of the week looks to be washed out.

We are going to take pictures in the Defer gymnasium this year.  The preference of the SJB Board, Photographers and parents is to take pictures outdoors.  Unfortunately, with all of the rain washing out nearly our entire first week, we are going to need to use several of the upcoming Saturdays for makeup games.  In addition, school activities such as “Lemonade Day” are causing conflicts with our scheduled makeup date of May 13th.  As I noted, it was not our first choice to take pictures in the gym, but we were quickly running out of options. 

The picture schedule, by team, is posted on our website (see link below).  Your team manager should also have a copy of the schedule and inform your team when to arrive for pictures.

If you choose not to purchase individual pictures, please try to have your child available for team pictures.  As a coach and manager for many years, I enjoy the ability to look back at my team pictures and enjoy the memories made.
